i just noticed that it takes 10.00 from my account. And now i have no mins. and it keeps sending me,
recipient has insufficient funds to receive message.

AND I CAN'T TEXT OR CALL PEOPLE. HOW DO I STOP IT?

hmmmm i dunno where you live nor your service provider.. but i believe you can deactivate it somehow.. try to contact your service provider for that matter..
